You can now create your own bench mounted disc sander – a great addition to any workshop, by making a faceplate from plywood or mdf and applying the Hook and Loop conversion material.

The conversion material features a self-adhesive backing with a Hook face and is available pre cut in 180mm, 250mm and 300mm diameter.
Using the Hook and Loop conversion material you can also convert an existing disc sander from self adhesive and enjoy the benefits of Hook and Loop sanding discs such as; easy fixing & removal and the ability to re-use sanding discs – as well as eliminating the need to remove adhesive residue from the faceplate.
